Duties include: prepare and file federal and state trademark applications, respond to Office Actions, prepare and file copyright registration applications, draft and revise assignment or licensing agreement, trademark maintenance, enforce trademark rights at Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, enforce trademark right and copyright at federal court, file UDRP complaint at WIPO, file DCMA takedown request at ISP platforms, advise client on international trademark and copyright portfolio and enforcement, manage partnerships with foreign firms and coordinate international IP filings.  U.S. J.D. or LLM, Advance knowledge of IP Law, WA Bar admission.  Mail resumes to:  Adam Philipp, AEON LAW, PLLC, 1718 E.
