BACS, llc is hiring experienced and enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to provide one-to-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to a child with social and communication deficits in home and school settings. Come join our team and work in a rewarding field with some pretty amazing people!
We are currently hiring for part-time and full time in the South King County area. Weekends are never required and commute times are ALWAYS considered.

Responsibilities:
- Provide quality 1:1 instruction to children with deficits in communication, social, play, and adaptive skills
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs
- Record objective daily data to reflect client progress toward goals
- Maintain objective daily session notes
- Maintain effective communication with team members and supervisors
- Ensure that the client is in a safe and positive environment at all times.
- Follows the policies and procedures of BACS, LLC.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 18 years of age
- High School Graduate (college preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in ABA
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proof of insurance
- Active Certified Behavior Technician license through the Washington State Dept. of Health (Required)
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification strongly preferred
- Verifiable references
- Ability to pass criminal background check
- Strong verbal and written communication, time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
