Director of Power

Your Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage our multi-state power and high voltage division to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Create and implement strategies that increase energy efficiency, enhance production, and minimize operational costs.
- Manage P&L statements to ensure fiscal responsibility and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and maintain operational excellence.
- Work alongside the executive team to synchronize energy initiatives with corporate objectives.
- Inspire, mentor, and cultivate talent within your team to achieve peak performance.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Extensive experience in power readiness, distribution, and associated field endeavors.
- In-depth understanding of the electrical distribution sector, including its key players, challenges, and growth potential.
- An electrical license is an advantage, though not mandatory.
- Exceptional leadership skills, demonstrated through effective management of sizable teams.
- Proven success in estimating and bidding on power contracts in both government and commercial sectors.
- Comprehensive knowledge of energy market dynamics, regulatory landscapes, and sustainability initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills paired with strategic thinking.
- A commitment to innovation, and a keen eye on industry developments.
- Outstanding communication skills, with an ability to facilitate cross-departmental collaboration.
