Carter & Fulton, P.S., a two-lawyer personal injury firm located at 3731 Colby Avenue in Everett, is seeking an experienced legal secretary/legal assistant for full-time employment. The firm emphasizes the handling of personal injury claims litigation, primarily automobile collision cases. In addition, to the 2 attorneys, we have a full-time support staff of four, including you! Thus, the ability to work well with others in a small office environment is a must, and past experience in personal injury litigation and/or with insurance law is preferable, but not absolutely necessary.

Beginning salary range is $ 45,000-$50,000, depending upon experience and qualifications, but will be competitive within the Everett market. In addition, we offer an excellent package of benefits, including health insurance, self-funded 401K Plan and a firm-funded Profit Sharing Plan. We also provide flexible and generous paid vacation, as well as sick leave benefits consistent with Washington law.
