Chinese Information and Service Center is seeking a Program Supervisor - Healthcare Access & Outreach Program in Seattle, WA to plan, develop, conduct, and prepare public workshop and community events in collaborative sites to provide information and outreach efforts to increase access to healthcare.  Supervise program activities and staffing needs, including coordinating work schedules and tasks among staff involved in the program and conducting monthly meetings to maintain communication among team members. Provide information, direct assistance, or advocacy to clients in access to health care resources and related government programs.  Develop educational materials and programs to increase health care outreach and assistance targeted towards the communities that CISC is serving, including the low income, limited or non-English speaking families, disabled, or elderly.  Prepare program and presentation to the public and community to educate and increase their access to health care.  Represent CISC in community network meetings and participate in collaborative community activities and events that will promote the visibility and other agency support.  Assist program director in the development and outreach of the program to leverage community support.  Provide monthly data to the program director for monthly reporting purposes.  Assist clients to enroll in government programs including health care insurance and utilize health care services such as preventative services, follow-up services, and personalized case support.  Assist clients to enroll in health services or refer clients to appropriate government agency.  Prepare community activities outreach calendar of events, and materials for public education and outreach.  Conduct one-to-one monthly staff supervision and perform annual staff evaluation.  Recruit, train and monitor the performance of volunteers for the programs.  Minimum Requirements: Bachelors in Public Health, Social Work, or related AND 24 months experience as Program Specialists, Community Service Specialists, or related.  Send Resumes to Kevin Chan, Chinese Information and Service Center, 611 South Lane Street, Seattle, WA  98104.
