Executive Assistant 3

 

Hiring Range: $38.40 - $51.84 DOE              

FLSA Status:  Exempt                                                          

Covington Water District is seeking a talented candidate who will provide support and is the point of contact to the General Manager and Board of Commissioners; attends board meetings/workshops, prepares board meeting minutes and electronic board packets; makes conference registrations/travel arrangements; records retention; administers areas of the website for administration and the Board of Commissioners; point of contact and fulfills public record requests; emergency management team member/PIO.  

Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 7 years’ experience in administrative support or equivalent with at least 3 years executive level support experience, and valid Washington State driver’s license.  Work requires the exercise of individual initiative and the use of discretion on confidential matters. Demonstrated proficiency in word processing, using the MS Office suite, Diligent software platform and general office equipment. Desirable Emergency ICS training, public sector exposure and social media experience. Opportunities for flexible work arrangements may be available for this position.
