Employment Manager
The Employment Manager oversees daily operations and coordination of work flow for the Human Resources Recruiting office in accordance with the Tribal-State compact.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or GED equivalent is required. Associate's Degree in Human Resources or related field required. Four years recruiting experience required. Supervisory experience preferred. Gaming or Hospitality experience preferred. Additional education or related experience may substitute for the minimum requirements.
Must be able to obtain a Class IIIA license as required by the Puyallup Tribal Gaming Regulatory Office and the Washington State Gaming Commission. The Emerald Queen is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
