HR Generalist
Description
The purpose of the HR Generalist position is to perform human resources related duties the following functional areas of responsibilities; Administration, Benefits, Compensation, Employee Recognition, Employee Relations, HRIS, Recruiting, and Training in accordance with federal, tribal-state compact and casino policy and procedures.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred. Five years' experience in Human Resources required. Prior experience in Indian gaming preferred. Additional education or related experience may substitute for the minimum requirements of the position.
Must be able to obtain a Class IIIA gaming license as required by the Puyallup Tribal Gaming Regulatory Office and the Washington State Gaming Commission.
