Digital Production Associate
Overview: Evinco Strategies is a San Diego-based general consulting firm for Democratic candidates and issues. We are looking for a Digital Production Associate to join our Digital Department and assist in the implementation and production of our digital programs and products. We are seeking a highly detail-oriented, communicative, organized, and self-starting individual who can hit the ground running and help develop a successful digital infrastructure for our clients.
Responsibilities:

Assist in writing, proofing, coding, and loading content for our clients' email programs.

Assist in writing content and designing graphics for our clients' social media programs.

Assist in website, social media, and other digital marketing development for Evinco Strategies.

Coordinate with the fundraising and strategy departments to create email and social media content that services best practices.

Develop and maintain relationships with our clients, providing updates on their accounts and participating in client calls and meetings.

Work closely with Evinco interns; provide training and mentorship for interns on digital tasks.

Pulling and tracking email and fundraising statistics from CRMs and fundraising platforms.

Research content drivers for our clients' email and social media programs.

Maintain ongoing education in the latest industry developments.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience working on campaigns with a focus on digital campaigning. A plus if the digital experience is in fundraising email programs and social media programs.

Experience in HTML and coding. A plus if experience includes HTML loading in CRMs including: NGP, Action Network, and Mail Chimp.

Excellent writing skills with knowledge of grammar and editing.

Knowledge of graphic design programs including: Canva, Adobe, and Photoshop.

Working knowledge of ActBlue, Buffer, and Unbounce.

Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Google forms.

Detail-oriented and self-starter.

Experience working in a remote environment (preferred).
