The product management team is looking for a talented campaign manager ready to transition to a new product management role, to work with the team on scaling new products for post-live support.
He or she will start by focusing on the successful development and scaling of XMO, one of the key new products for the company. Specifically:
·Become the authority on XMO product configuration and performance. Key areas of focus would include:
oOngoing review of campaigns to find/weed out issues
oReviewing configuration of search, social, and display to ensure services team is consistently up to standard
oStudy of performance across channels for key KPI’s
oSeek for trends across subcategories or business types that could inform product or campaign configuration decisions
·Communications with CSM’s/Sales team in support of ongoing campaign optimization and management
·Capturing learnings into shareable formats to support
oproduct improvement and growth
oevolution of services team knowledge and training
oInforming product marketing and sales team efforts
·Capturing top performers or interesting scenarios and gleaning insights to inform product case study library and other materials to promote the product
·Assist with supporting Sales Engineering on strategy development
·Participation in product strategy and planning sessions
Other key responsibilities will include:
·Manage and analyze portfolio performance of new products and features to scale post-live-support
·Run tests for key features
·Work with dev teams on scaling post-live support, defining tools and automations
·Create and communicating campaign management best practices for new products and features
·Analyze campaign life-cycle and providing feedback to improve campaign quality and value to the client
Requirements:
·A Bachelor’s Degree
·Five or more years in campaign management, some product experience preferred
·Proven track record in completing successful projects
·Demonstrated leadership
·Laser-focused on execution and quality
·Strong logical, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills
