Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Work with business and technical users to document the processes and requirements in workflow diagrams, data analysis summaries, cost benefit/ROI assessments, user stories and managing backlog
• Use SQL server to query databases for data mapping, data profiling and to extract ad hoc and operational reports
• Follow agile delivery framework to prioritize features, plan tasks and track progress.
• Collaboration with stakeholders and ensure features/tasks are prioritized and defined to adhere to release timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and extract data sources to define solutions for customers and to
  address business challenges
• Consolidate and integrate the data from disparate sources using Global Shop and provide business data interpretation for the business to make informed decisions
• Partner with internal or external business users to identify current state processes and systems to elicit requirements and document in business and technical requirements artifacts.
• Perform system analysis to identify potential opportunities and analytical requirements for process improvements and recommend solutions for the business operations.

• Testing Tools: HP QuickTest Pro, HP LoadRunner, TFS, MS SharePoint, JIRA, Rally, Confluence, GlobalShop, Microsoft 365
• Development Methodologies: Agile Scrum,
• Cloud Services: MS Azure

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer, Electronics, Information Technology, Computer Applications or related with 5 years of work experience in IT field.

*Will also accept combination of degrees or professional credentials determined to be equivalent to a bachelor's degree by a qualified evaluation service.

Alternate: Masters degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer, Electronics, Information Technology, Computer
Applications or related with 3 years of work experience in IT field.
