Office Assistant
Kenyon Disend, PLLC is a 10-attorney municipal law firm located in Issaquah, Washington, and founded in 1993. The firm is seeking a part-time office assistant (fifteen to twenty hours a week) to support staff with back-up reception duties, photocopying/scanning, file management projects, document review and editing, small errands, and other clerical duties as may be assigned. Our preference is to find someone who can work on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, but we can be flexible with days for the right candidate. The position requires a professional demeanor, a friendly and positive attitude, and a desire for teamwork. Prior office assistant and reception experience is preferred, but not required. Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel and Adobe Acrobat, also preferred, but not required –- we are willing to train these and other skills for right candidate. Free parking is provided on-site.
