What You Will be Doing:
Work Schedule: This regular, full-time position is exempt from the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and is not overtime eligible. This position generally works a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday.

What You Will be Doing:
- Prioritize, organize, and manage project work and resources
- Manage consultants and other professionals by monitoring performance and ensuring accountability
- Develop, manage, and participate in project teams
- Identify, manage, and respond to project risks
- Manage the design, construction management, and construction contracts
- A Bachelor's Degree in project management, construction management, engineering, business administration, or a closely related field and at least five years of project management-related work experience or other relevant skills, knowledge, and experience to competently carry out the job duties of this position
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple complex projects simultaneously, from planning through delivery, and produce high-quality deliverables in a timely manner
- Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of professional disciplines and individuals with diverse backgrounds and apply strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizing, planning, and process-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem and conflict-resolution skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Project management experience in public works projects and programs
