Summary


King County Metro Talent Management team is seeking Talent Advisors (Recruiter or HR Analyst) to help us recruit and hire a talented, diverse workforce to meet the current and future needs of our growing and changing organization. We are looking for outstanding customer service oriented Talent Advisors who are committed to diversity and social justice, and who are excited to source and recruit for the best large transit agency in North America. 
 
Talent Advisors focus on Metro Transit job opportunities in three functional areas: 1) Skilled Trades/Crafts 2) Planning/Technical, and 3) Leadership/Support/Administration. These positions may also work on Human Resource Generalist duties when needed. This includes leave administration, performance management, training and development, and other needed Human Resource duties.

COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement
