Join our fantastic team as an Administrative Team Lead on the Strategic Partnerships and Analytics Team (SPA) in the Procurement & Payables (P&P) Section.

Scope of Job Duties: To be considered for these opportunities, you must at a minimum, demonstrate knowledge, skill and ability to:
Leadership: Organize and administer daily activities for the team, schedule meetings and manage conference rooms, update and maintain SharePoint sites. Collaborate and communicate with P&P staff and other divisions throughout the County.
Excellent Customer Service: Troubleshoot problems and work collaboratively with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders in person, on the phone and through email.
Expense Reports: Review and process invoices and Purchasing Card (P-Card) expenses by creating requisitions, smart spreadsheets and P-Card expense transactions using Oracle IExpense/IProcurement. Reconcile P-Card transactions for approval and maintain all required back up documents and receipts. Process Expense and Travel requests and reimbursements as requested.
Administrative: Draft, review, prepare and edit memos, letters, spreadsheets and other materials using proper grammar, spelling, alignment and punctuation. Develop and maintain reports through Microsoft Excel. Be comfortable and efficient using Microsoft Word, Outlook, SharePoint and the internet on a daily basis.

Have intermediate level skill in the use of personal computers in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Outlook or equivalent, and advanced-level skills in Microsoft Word.
Take initiative to complete necessary tasks or improvements and hold yourself and your team accountable for producing timely, high quality work products.
Any equivalent combination of experience and education which provides the applicant with the desired skills, knowledge and ability required to perform the work.

Other Position Information: This position is overtime-eligible. Our employees are paid on a bi-weekly schedule, every other Thursday, comprising a 40-hour workweek; Monday through Friday typically 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This position is not represented by a union. This position requires predictable and reliable attendance. This recruitment may be used to fill other vacancies in the same job class within the next 12 months.
