Be part of the "Utility of the Future"JOB SUMMARY: The Department of Natural Resources and Parks is seeking an energetic and motivated candidate to support the launch and administration of a Lessons Learned Pilot Program within the Wastewater Treatment Division (WTD). This position will assist with the launch of this program as well as perform ongoing database management of the system and other data analytics work as needed.

WORK SCHEDULE: The PPM I position is overtime eligible, the regular workweek is full-time 40 hours, Monday through Friday.
About the Wastewater Treatment Division (WTD): WTD protects water quality and public health in the central Puget Sound region by providing high quality treatment to wastewater collected from local sewer agencies. WTD includes 650 employees across multiple facilities and serves 1.5 million people. To our agency, success means clean water. Job Responsibilities Include:- Gather and analyze data.
- Write reports summarizing analysis, trends, or research.
- Develop and manage a database.
- Develop database performance metrics and monitor database performance.
- Modify database as needed to optimize performance.
- Establish and maintain electronic files from planning through implementation.
- Distribute, monitor and report on status of action items.
- Develop training plan for WTD users as part of the larger lessons learned effort.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Combination of education and experience that clearly demonstrates the ability to perform the job duties of the classification.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse group of individuals and present information in a tactful and diplomatic manner.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with conflicting deadlines.

- Experience facilitating large, information-gathering meetings with diverse group of participants.
- Experience developing, managing and maintaining SharePoint sites using SharePoint Designer.
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft PowerApps.
- Ability to document and enforce database policies, procedures and standards.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The duties of the position are performed primarily in an office setting. Some physical skill and effort is required to perform site condition assessments and inspections.
