Plan proj. stages and assess bus. implications for each stage. Monitor prog. to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. Proactively coord. and integrate scope change initiatives for progm. Comprehensively des. cust. survey progm., and lead the architecture of new surveys to create improved solns. Take appropriate action on gaps and redundancies across disc., and escalate to senior mgmnt. as appropriate. Telecommuting permitted up to 50% of time. Requires domestic and international travel up to 25% of the time. REQ: Bachelor’s degr or foreign equiv. degr in Business, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or rel. Employer will accept three-year or four-year Bachelor’s degr., & Any business-related title and 5 years of exp. in bus. planning or progm. mgmnt. for a multinational tech. company. SPECIFIC SKILLS: Position also requires educ. or exp. in: Project Management; Communications; Intercultural Conflict Resolution; Strategic Planning; Sales Management; and Microsoft go to market solutions. 8AM-5PM, M-F. The offered base pay range for this specific position (MIC49100), in Redmond, WA, is $178,008 to $208,008. Microsoft has diff. base pay ranges for diff. work locations w/in the U.S., which allows us to pay EEs competitively & consistently in diff. geo markets. Indiv. base pay depends on var. factors, in addition to primary work loc, such as complexity & responsibility of role, job duties/reqs., & rel. exp. & skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed & typically updated each yr. Offers are made w/in the base pay range applicable at the time. At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for add’l. rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus & stock. These awards are allocated based on indiv. perf. In addition, certain roles also have the opp. to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan & EE’s role.
