Counsel

PACCAR Inc seeks a COUNSEL to research legal problems regarding intellectual property issues, including trademarks, copyrights, patents, & trade secrets, defending company from third-party claims, incl. intellectual property infringement claims, contracts & privacy matters, & develops opinions on legal issues, legislation & regulations. Salary: $150,000 to $180,000 per year. This position is also eligible for a holiday gift.
