Administrative Manager
PES Environmental, Inc. is a progressive, employee owned consulting engineering and environmental services firm that has been operating in California, Oregon, and Washington for 30 years. Our Seattle, Washington office has an immediate opening for an Administrative Manager.
This position provides support for a dynamic office of 15 engineers and geologists. The ideal candidate must be a self-motivated and energetic team player proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain goals and priorities while dealing with varying demands. Duties include a high level of word processing and document formatting, general office management, supply monitoring and ordering, expense and calendar tracking, accounts payable entry, accounting coordination, and project file management.
