Office Assistant
PC2 is seeking to hire an Office Assistant for our Tacoma office, to start 1/3/22.
Are you a self-starter who can manage the front desk, answer phones, and greet visitors? Are you proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of products? Do you know SalesForce? Are you organized, a self-manager, and able to work 32 hours per week, Monday-Friday?
This new staff member will help run the office, assist in our Housing Program with client qualifications/criteria determination/documentation and file management, and provide assistance to our Executive Director and Office Manager.
Ideal candidates will be multi-taskers, flexible, great time managers, and have excellent interpersonal skills.
Pay DOE. Successful candidates must pass Washington State Patrol and DSHS background checks and provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination status, per state mandate as we are a DSHS sub-contractor.
