The Adult and Family Services Caseworker will assess the safety and wellbeing of at risk and vulnerable Children and Adults residing in Pitkin County. This position will provide case management services and assist clients in accessing community resources. The Human Services team provides assistance for individuals and families with basic needs such as food, rental or utility assistance, gasoline, bus passes, housing, medical, mental health, dental and prescriptions. Human Services has specialized teams that work specifically with at risk populations and veterans.
