The Workers’ Compensation Trust and Unemployment Pool (WCTUP) seeks an Application Specialist to perform system administration functions on enterprise application software, assuring data is current, including system tables, customer demographics, user accounts, code tables, and data integrity projects. Duties include serving as a conduit between internal/external customers and vendors to resolve incidents and assure best-practice utilization of the software systems. The position will also develop and provide training and technology support for staff, including desktop and enterprise applications. This position will also act as a resource for internal and customer data requests, ensuring that data is presented in a consistent and professional fashion, requested analytics are accurate, thorough, and applicable, and that appropriate controls are followed for all external releases of data.

• Associate degree or Vocational degree in related field;
• Experience with business process review and documentation;
• Familiarity importing and exporting data and validating data accuracy.
• Experience with leveraging technology to streamline work activities;
• Experience providing training and technical assistance.
