PSESD seeks a Data Systems Technician to support Data Services in the Early Learning Program. This position will provide leadership in the development and maintenance of Health Services data collection and reporting processes. This position will be telecommuting indefinitely due to C-19, which may change over time dependent upon the needs of the job and program as well as
when it is safe to do so.
The Data Systems Technician will help develop and maintain several data systems that include child-, family-, staff, and program-level data. This position will support accurate and high-quality data collection and reporting processes. The Data Systems Technician will provide leadership in the Early Learning Health enrollment process, managing data flow across a large multi-provider, multi-site program.

Minimum Qualifications
- AA/Vocational degree in related field and experience working with relational databases (ie maintain data integrity, finding and correction data errors and omissions), custom queries, and reporting (HS diploma or GED and progressively responsible job-related experience may substitute for AA/Vocational degree).
- Experience providing virtual group and individual training on data systems use.
- Manage data and reporting in an education or social service setting.
- This position requires applicants to be a resident of Washington state and or plan to relocate to Washington state prior to the start of employment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ChildPlus database.
- Previous Head Start, Early Head Start, and/or ECEAP experience.
