Director, Learning, Leadership & Student Success
Puget Sound ESD seeks a dynamic, highly-skilled Learning, Leadership & Student Success Director to lead the planning, implementation and coordination of innovative teaching and leadership services; collaborating with internal colleagues and external partners to create and facilitate learning opportunities that build gap closing capacity in teachers and leaders to ensure student academic and social-emotional success.
PSESD is one of nine regional educational agencies serving school districts, charter schools and state-approved private schools in Washington. Educational Service Districts, created by the legislature, are an essential regional delivery system for early learning and K-12 services in the state. Qualifications
- MA/MS Degree in Curriculum and Instruction or related field (Bachelor's degree with increasing levels of job-related experience may substitute for Master's degree)
- Current Washington State Teaching or Administrative Certificate
- Professional experience in the public K-12 educational system, including experience with instructional leadership, facilitating groups and leading professional learning for adults.
- Experience working with diverse groups toward common goals
Preferred Qualifications
- Program/Initiative implementation experience
- Experience in budget development and management
- Experience leading and supervising staff toward shared outcomes
- Experience with data preparation and analysis

Based in Renton. Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week.
Salary: $103,528 to $120,061 /year.
