Puget Sound Educational Service District (PSESD) seeks a highly skilled Fiscal Coordinator to provide fiscal support to Agency Operations Department, including Facilities and Transportation programs. The Fiscal Coordinator will be responsible for managing multiple budgets in coordination with the PSESD Business Office, including analyzing budget data, tracking expenditures, and producing materials for budget planning and reports. The coordinator will also have a variety of other operational duties, including coordinating purchasing, and administering district and consultant contracts.

Minimum Qualifications
- Associate/Vocational Degree in job-related field, or a High School Diploma/GED equivalency and progressively responsible job-related work experience
- Ability to demonstrate an understanding and commitment to both personal and organizational racial equity journeys
- Experience in the efficient management of multiple functions for several staff in a busy office environment
- Writing, proofreading, and editing experience
- Spreadsheet and database management experience, including data entry, manipulation, analysis, and/or report creation
- Budget & invoice management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with fiscal support
- Excellent computer skills
- Familiarity with virtual technologies for meeting support (e.g., Zoom, RingCentral, Teams)
- Previous experience with planning and prioritization of tasks and projects for multiple staff
