Puget Sound Educational Service District seeks two Bilingual Instructional Assistant (BIA) Mentors for Early Learning. BIA Mentor provide coaching and training to Bilingual Instructional Assistants in Head Start and/or ECEAP programs around effective support for English Language Acquisition as well as means to support home language growth. This position will work alongside Dual Language Coaches who serve on an interdisciplinary team to provide child and classroom-centered, equity-based, and differentiated supports based on a whole-child approach to Early Childhood Education.

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Job-related experience with increasing levels of responsibility
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of or experience working with English language learners
- Experience working with children ages three to five
- Head Start, Early Head Start, ECEAP, or other state-funded preschool experience
- Experience providing group training
- Knowledge of or experience working with specific populations of children (i.e., children with disabilities, children with challenging behaviors, and/or mental health concerns)

Salary: $26.03 – $30.18 hourly (Salary Band D)
