Puget Sound Educational Service District seeks a dynamic, highly skilled Program Coordinator to support Strategy, Evaluation and Learning Department projects. The Program Coordinator will provide research and evaluation assistance through coordinating and monitoring a wide variety of complex activities, which include planning and overseeing events, scheduling data collection activities, and providing administrative and technical support to the department.
PSESD is one of nine regional educational agencies serving school districts and state approved charter and private schools in Washington. Minimum Qualifications
- Associate/Vocational Degree in job-related field (High School Diploma/GED equivalency and progressively responsible job-related work experience may substitute for AA/Vocational Degree).
- Writing, proofreading, and editing experience.
- Spreadsheet and database (such as Excel and Access) management experience, including development, data entry, manipulation, analysis and/or report creation.
- Experience with quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis using surveys, interviews and focus groups.
- Professional experience providing exemplary customer service to clients.
- Ability to demonstrate an understanding of and commitment to personal and organizational racial equity.
- Ability to prioritize work flows between different project teams utilizing superior organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with, or willingness to learn, data analysis software, including Tableau, SPSS, and Dedoose.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to work as an active team member and work independently.
- Experience with Institutional Review Boards materials preparation.
- Interest and experience in community and family engagement and continuous improvement.
- Fluency in a language in addition to English.
