Puget Sound Educational Service District seeks a candidate to fill the Senior Coordinator, Multilingual Services providing supervision, training, and oversight to the Bilingual Instructional Assistant and Interpreter programs that serve children and families in our ECEAP, Head Start and Early Head Start programs. This Senior Coordinator will work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and our community partners to support our agency goal of ensuring success for each child and eliminating the opportunity gap. The Multilingual Services Senior Coordinator will use their knowledge and experience with Dual Language Learners (DLL) and their families to provide training and support to site staff and internal staff as well as being responsible for collaboration with Community Based Organizations in service of our DLL population.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related field (Associate's Degree in related field and progressively responsible job-related experience may be equivalent to Bachelor's Degree)
- Experience working with interpreters
- Knowledge of dual language learner needs and 2nd language acquisition
- Experience facilitating training and/or large groups
- Experience working with highly diverse populations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with and/or knowledge of community based organizations
- Supervisory experience
