• Coordinate w/ cross functional teams to create network designs that interface w/ several 3GPP network fns, scale nationwide & provide service to cust. using high avail. techniques.

• Apply exp. w/ E2E flow of GSM/UMTS & LTE & 3GPP stds.

• Apply exp. in mobile EPC core network nodes: MME, SGW, PGW, PCRF, HSS.

• Apply exp. in app protocols in mobile packet Core: NAS, S1AP, S1-U, GTPv1, S11, S5/S8, Diameter, GTPP, S6a, Gx, Gy, Charging.

• Apply exp. w/ IP network protocol stacks: TCP, UDP, DNS, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP.

• Telecommuting is permitted, but applicants must live within a reasonable commuting distance.

Job Qualifications:

• MSEE, related or equiv. + 3 yrs. exp; or BSEE, related or equiv. + 5 yrs.

• Washington Pay Range: $149,214.06 to $176,100.00 per year.
