Senior Associate,
conduct industry research, fin'l analysis, modeling, valuation, & co. visits w/ mgmt. Make buy/sell recommendations, prep'n of presentation materials & memos, help w/ client service & mktg tasks, translation, & filing reports as reqd. Review & interpret Japanese co. filings, analyst reports, newspaper articles, & other company /industry / macro rltd sources. Prep reports/docs for internal use or w/ external parties such as mgmt at our portfolio companies or w/ investors. This position is onsite in the office & involves approx 25% domestic & Int'l travel-salary range: $127,000 to $150,000. Benefits incl health & dental insurance, 401(k), paid holidays & PTO accrual.
