Manager - Benefits Operations
Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), manages the operations of the Human Resources’ Benefits Office. Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the monitoring, control, and processing of benefits programs at University Hospital, to ensure conformity with hospital benefits' policies and procedures, and with the New Jersey State benefits programs and guidelines.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, plus three (3) years of related professional experience with Human Resources benefits programs administration required. One (l) year of related professional supervisory experience preferred. Ability and knowledge to oversee a comprehensive benefits program and devise efficient and effective operational procedures required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Additional related experience may be substituted for the degree on a year-for-year basis.
