UW Medical Center - Northwest has an outstanding opportunity for a DAY SHIFT, FULL TIME, ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT. The incumbent performs a variety of intermediate level (moderately difficult to complex) administrative and secretarial duties to support departmental operations and management.

• Coordinate King County ITA court as indicated.
• Coordinates with the County and the hospital regarding ITA patients and changes to the process.
• Acts as a resource for inpatient and emergency department staff for questions regarding involuntary psychiatric patients.
• Trach communication and manage court dates and clerical paperwork that is required to ensure UWMC complies with ITA process.
• Assist with discharge planning of ITA patients.
• Foster positive internal and external customer relations.
