The Chancellor’s Office has an outstanding opportunity for an ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST. This position reports directly to the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) within the Office of the Chancellor. The position will regularly communicate with the CSO and prioritize the tasks and administrative goals of the office to department staff, including not only administrative support staff, but also department directors, managers and other senior professional level staff members. The position regularly exercises independent judgment and discretion in work related to office operations, staff scheduling, external communications and outreach, human resources, budgets and expenditures, and meeting and conference logistics.

REQUIREMENTS:
Equivalent education/experience will substitute for all minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license/certification/registration.
