Airlift Northwest (ALNW) is a UW Medicine entity which provides essential air medical transportation to patients throughout the WAMI region.
AIRLIFT NORTHWEST has a wonderful opportunity for a part-time AIRCARE MEMBERSHIP COORDINATOR - PROGRAM COORDINATOR.
The AIRCARE MEMBERSHIP COORDINATOR will support all aspects of the AirCare Membership program including operational and database management. This individual will assist with the operational and database management of the program. They will also assist the AirCare Membership Manager in providing customer service to all AirCare Members through both phone and email requests. They will gather and capture information and ensure data is accurately entered into the AirCare Membership database. This position will ensure that requests for new memberships or renewals are handled efficiently and timely.
The AIRCARE MEMBERSHIP COORDINATOR is required to have a strong understanding of customer service and data entry. Experience in EMS or healthcare is preferred. This individual will help build and develop rapport with Airlift Northwest Members and outside organizations and businesses. The Program Coordinator will be required to assist with the ALNW Outreach team by attending industry events to distribute marketing, public relations and outreach material unique to the membership program.
ALNW is a UW Medicine entity which provides essential air medical transportation to patients throughout the WAMI region. This position brings unique knowledge in support of ALNW's mission and vision to integrate with the UW Medicine's current and future strategic mission.
Operations & Customer Service:
• Exercise independent decision making that has a significant impact on key fundraising efforts and impacts to thousands of members involved in the program.
• Ensure that organizational requests for memberships are handled effectively and efficiently.
•Maintain confidential membership data and confidential patient information.
Database Management:
• Work with IT department to ensure the membership operation and management process is effective and efficient. Utilize and implement new technology as needed to maintain and track membership activity.
Sales & Marketing/Outreach and Public Relations:
• Attend industry events to educate the public and distribute material unique to the membership program.
Reporting:
• Prepare and present written and/or verbal reports to ALNW's executive management, management and staff.
• Prepare Membership reconciliations and reports. Ensures accurate membership data is reported and tracked by using a system of reporting tools and/or programs.

REQUIREMENTS:
High school graduation or equivalent AND two years of experience in the program specialty OR equivalent education/experience.
DESIRED:
Advanced-level skill in customer service with respect to the Aircare membership systems and use of supporting software programs, which include Excel, Word, Access, RescueNet (Zoll), Crystal and other reporting or query tools. Demonstrates advanced understanding of position skill requirements related to tasks, knowledge and abilities.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
AIRCARE MEMBERSHIP COORDINATOR will be required to travel to other offices and markets to represent Airlift Northwest / AIRCARE for the purpose of qualifying new prospects, presenting proposals, and cultivating and stewarding relationships.
AIRCARE MEMBERSHIP COORDINATOR may be occasionally be required to work a varied schedule to accommodate marketing or outreach events.
