The Evans School has an outstanding full time opportunity for Assistant Director of Admissions and Student Inclusion.
The Assistant Director of Admissions and Student Inclusion will report to the Director of Student Affairs and provide academic program support and advising to current students in the MPA and PhD programs, as well as work in collaboration with the admissions team to support diversity focused outreach and recruitment of prospective students. The individual in this position will also support a number of the Evans School’s student organizations, including those that engage with issues of diversity, equity and inclusion, such as: Out In Public, Evans People of Color, and Partnership for Community and Diversity.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment, admissions and outreach
Supporting current students
Serve as a liaison, to strengthen and/or cultivate relationships on campus, with programs and resources including
Communications, coordination and planning
Serve as one of the staff representatives on the Evans School Committee for Equity & Inclusion.
REQUIREMENTS:
Equivalent education/experience will substitute for all minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license/certification/registration.
