POSITION OVERVIEW:
Our Eastside Specialty Center has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced nurse to join their leadership team as an ASSISTANT NURSE MANAGER (Registered Nurse 3). Eastside Specialty Center is a specialty ambulatory clinic with 20 practice areas (and growing!) and multiple providers.
The Assistant Nurse Manager will be responsible for staff education, new hire training, competency verification, outcomes development, and safe patient care. This is an exciting opportunity to work with top notch providers and staff in the largest UW Medical Center Ambulatory Clinic. This role supports MAs and RNs across all specialties. Additionally, this role is part of our weekly leadership huddle - an excellent opportunity to provide insight and new ideas across the UW Medicine system.

The Assistant Nurse Manager will work 8 hour days, Monday - Friday. This is a no weekends, no holidays position.
