The Michael G. Foster School of Business has an outstanding opportunity for an Associate Director of MBA Admissions.
The Associate Director of MBA Admissions supports the Sr. Associate Director and the MBA Admissions Director in executing the MBA admissions and recruitment process to enroll diverse cohorts of highly qualified students in the Full Time MBA and part time Evening MBA programs. The Associate Director provides insight on marketing and recruitment strategy, including creating and administering on-site and off-site recruiting events and programs for the Full-time MBA and Evening MBA, creating and executing marketing e-mail campaigns and overseeing the involvement of current students and alumni in our MBA recruitment efforts. This role also conducts interviews of students, and is part of the leadership team that evaluates candidates and makes admission decisions of applicants into the MBA Programs. The Associate Director of MBA Admissions reports to the MBA Director of Admissions.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications or related field of study. At least five years experience in university student services or education field, preferably with experience in admissions and preferably with graduate students.
