We are a center within the University of Washington’s College of Education (COE). CEL is a self-sustaining organization through program service fees and grant funding. Our office is located in Seattle, Washington where the work of our team of 20 faculty and staff members is guided by our shared values of curiosity, collaboration, and integrity. The Center for Educational Leadership has an outstanding opportunity for a Chief Impact Officer.
The Center for Educational Leadership is currently evolving and expanding how we support schools in the development of rigorous cultures of teaching, learning, and leading. This is an exciting time to join CEL as we tackle issues of equity as they play out in classrooms across the country. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Chief Impact Officer will be at the heart of defining and executing CEL’s product and service development strategy. Working in partnership with the Executive Director and the Associate Director of Program Design and Delivery, this person will drive clarity in CEL’s partnership development strategy, product and service offerings, and outreach and thought leadership.

Our office is located in Northgate Plaza at 9709 3rd Ave NE, Suite 505, Seattle, WA 98115. There may be need to travel locally to support meetings and events.
