The School of Drama has an outstanding opportunity for a 75%, 11-month Constituent Relations Officer (CRO). The CRO manages and facilitates the day-to-day aspects of the School of Drama’s broad-based engagement efforts. These efforts include organizing events, planning and executing multiple appeals per year, implementing strategies for outreach, providing communications strategy and support, and promoting efforts that target various audiences, including alumni, donors, perspective students, and the community-at-large.
Under the general direction of the Director of Engagement of the School of Drama the CRO will work closely with the College’s Advancement team. Main responsibilities include coordinating advancement efforts that help to engage donors with the goal of increasing private giving to support students, faculty and programs and collaborating with and representing the interests of Drama.
This position is responsible for implementing tactics that are targeted at a variety of constituencies, including donors, alumni, students, faculty and staff, and the general public. This position will work closely with other constituent relations officers across the Arts divisions to ensure consistent messaging that positions the School of Drama as a leading theatre training program. This position will focus on activities designed to enhance public awareness and increase private support for the School.
