DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages International Student Services staff in designing transition and support structures and programs to help ensure the success of international students enrolling at UW Bothell. Collaborates with director of admissions and international recruiter/advisor in building and monitoring recruitment, yield, and support strategies to ensure the University international student enrollment targets are successfully met. Builds and maintains the image and profile of the University. Meets the University priorities for the 21st Century: Growth, Diversity, Student-Centered, and Innovation. This position reports to the AVCEM and will maintain close collaborations with the Registrar and the Dean of Student Affairs.

This position requires flexible work schedule and the ability to work some evenings and/or weekends.
This position requires working in an office setting along with the possibility of some in-state, out-of-state, or international travel. A valid Washington Driver's License is a condition of employment. Must be able to lift 30+ pounds of recruiting materials.
Equivalent education/experience will substitute for all minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license/certification/registration.
