All of which has allowed the UW to be nationally recognized as a “Great College to Work For” for five consecutive years.
The Integrated Service Center (ISC) supports the University’s faculty, staff and student workers by serving as a first point of contact for Workday HR and Payroll inquiries and by processing a limited scope of centralized Human Capital Management (HCM) transactions (i.e., within the HR, Benefits and Payroll domains). The ISC strives to deliver services that are timely, accurate and highly attuned to the fast-paced university environment.

This position will work in partnership across the UW with leaders of the central business units, campus leadership, and the ISC to foster collaborative problem-solving and decision-making in the context of Workday and its technology ecosystem. In turn, this role is responsible for managing and supporting ISC communications as well as Workday end-user training activities.
These duties require this role to regularly and extensively work with senior leadership, both within and outside of the ISC, to provide the necessary details, “translation,” and context to drive strategic direction.
