UW Continuum College is seeking a talented, motivated and experienced leader to join the marketing and enrollment services team as the Director of Partnership Marketing. This new role in the department will lead the team responsible for the strategy and planning of marketing campaigns for over 100 self-sustaining bachelor’s and master’s degrees in partnership with UW colleges and schools. The ideal candidate is a marketing strategist who also loves to roll-up their sleeves, solve hard problems, and guide team members to deliver consistently high-quality account management services for our campus partners.
The selected candidate will join the marketing senior leadership team, reporting to the senior director of marketing and enrollment services.

Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field AND four years of marketing leadership experience to include supervision of staff and strategic planning to include:
