The Division of Cardiology in the Department of Medicine has an outstanding opportunity for a part-time (50% FTE) Program Coordinator.
The .5 FTE Program Coordinator will provide direct support to the Director of the Cardiology Fellowship Programs and Administrator of Program Operations by performing clerical duties including, but not limited to, minute taking, word processing, graphics, statistical, spreadsheet and/or database software; drafting of letters, memos, forms, etc., for review as well as maintaining office supplies for the fellowship office and fellows’ resource center, and tracking white coats on a weekly basis, answering phone calls and emails.
