UWMC Nutrition Services department has an opportunity for a full-time, day shift, FOOD SERVICE WORKER 2 (LEAD). The person in this role is highly skilled to lead a high volume espresso location.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Prepare and serve coffee and espresso;
  • Weigh, prepare, and serve meals;
  • Clean work area and equipment;
  • Take cash payment for meals and drinks;
  • Operate cooking, espresso and kitchen equipment;
  • Assist in maintaining daily stock of work area and weekly inventory;
  • Perform related duties as required.

  • REQUIREMENTS
    Possession of, or eligible to obtain a Washington State Food Worker Card within two weeks of employment AND one year of experience in quantity or institutional food preparation and serving or equivalent education/experience.
