UW Athletics has an outstanding opportunity open for a Temporary, Part-Time Guest Services Assistant.
Husky Stadium Guest Services ambassadors fill a vital role in enhancing the game day experience for Husky Football fans. Guest Services ambassadors serve as a hub of information. Their primary responsibility is to provide fans with any and all information pertaining to Football game day.
Game Dates
Saturday, August 31st Saturday, September 7th Saturday, September 14th Saturday, September 28th Saturday, October 19th Saturday, November 2nd Saturday, November 29th
Requirements
Exemplify THE WASHINGTON WAY by consistently putting our FANS FIRST and providing them with extraordinary customer service. Maintain an understanding of the seating layout, building policies, procedures, and specific event information. Act upon all comments and complaints in a prompt and friendly manner. Maintain a positive attitude while managing challenging situations. Uphold professional standards of performance and appearance at all times. Work all home football games
Responsibilities
Exceed all guests’ expectations with customer service and satisfaction. The Customer Service Team is WELCOMING, MOTIVATED, KNOWLEDGEABLE, And ACCOUNTABLE and GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND. Understand University of Washington policies and procedures. Comprehensive knowledge of the Customer Service Team handbook and relevant game day information. Attend annual Customer Service Team training sessions. Complete additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
18 years of age or older. Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand, sit, walk, and climb stairs throughout the event. Required to occasionally lift 10 lbs., unaided. Experience in event work or other related fields. Ability to work well with others. Positive attitude toward taking on additional job responsibilities. Good judgment. Authorization to work in the United States of America.
