The UWMC Men's Health Center has an outstanding opportunity for a HEALTH SERVICES MANAGER. The Health Services Manager will be responsible for the overall administrative management of the UWMC Men’s Health Center and Endocrinology Clinic through operationalizing the medical center’s values, mission and goals. The Men’s Health Center emphasizes urologic, sexual and reproductive care involving a wide range of conditions. Our physicians and staff are experienced in advanced medical therapies and minimally invasive procedures. And as part of the UW Medicine health system, we also can connect patients with cardiology, endocrinology and other specialists. The Endocrinology Clinic serves patients with complex medical needs and has an increasing volume of procedure visits as well.
As Health Services Manager, you will hire, supervise, and mentor clinic staff in such a way to create effective teamwork, plans, and implements programs to meet specific patient care needs; work to continually improve clinic operations and efficiency and ensures patient safety. You will prepare, evaluate, and manage financial reports and budget and be accountable for meeting service line goals, specific clinic goals and performance outcomes.
