HR Benefits, Analytics and Information Systems, a unit of UWHR, has an outstanding part time (50% FTE) opportunity for a HRIS Business Analyst. This is a temporary position for approximately 9 months.
The purpose of this position is to provide technical support to UW HRIS systems and processes in preparation for upcoming UW Enterprise projects. This role will partner with current business analysts and developers to analyze, interpret, and document business and technical requirements for various HRIS systems; provide support for information and data requests; and produce technical outputs described below. This role reports to the HRIS Analytics Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business and Support Analysis
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts
Information Management & Support
Pull, aggregate, and document large datasets for internal and external clients
Other Responsibilities
REQUIREMENTS:
Equivalent education/experience will substitute for all minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license/certification/registration.
