We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager in our Center for Pain Relief. The Manager is responsible for directing the nursing, business, technical and support activities of The Center for Pain Relief, an ambulatory medical clinic. This individual oversees administrative and clinical functions of the clinic including operations, facilities, finance, human resources, and works collaboratively with the School of Medicine in planning and development. This individual will be responsible for overall administrative management of the clinics through operationalizing the medical center’s values, mission and goals. The Manager will hire, supervise and mentor clinic staff in such a way to create effective teamwork, plan and implement programs to meet specific patient care needs and work to continually improve clinic operations and efficiency.
Positon is full time, days, and requires Washington State RN license, BSN, Master's in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business or related field or enrolled in Master's program. Minimum of 4-5 years of management/supervisory experience in a medical setting, basic computer knowledge (Word and Excel), excellent verbal and written communication skill, EMR proficiency, demonstrated leadership experience, working collaboratively with medical leadership, physicians and staff, demonstrated ability to manage the financial performance and budgeting of the clinic, knowledge of Joint Commission, Department of Health, and other regulatory agency standards and requirements., experience with Human Resources . Prefer experience in outpatient ambulatory care setting, experience supervising nurses who are administering sedation for procedures, and experience with caring for chronic pain patients.
