Under the direction of the Associate Director of New Student and Family Programs, the New Student Success Program Specialist will assist the department to support the transition of new undergraduate students and their families by providing oversight of the Pack Advisor program, support the initiatives of Student Affairs and connect with campus partners.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Recruit, hire, train, develop and manage performance for at least 8 student workers
