The University of Washington Medical Center has an outstanding opportunity for a full-time, day shift, PHYSICAL THERAPIST 3. This position is located at the Sports Medicine Center at Husky Stadium. This person will be responsible for evaluation, planning, directing and administering physical therapy evaluation and intervention to patients referred by a licensed provider. Administers treatments and physical agents as determined by the evaluation in an effort to restore function and prevent further disability following injury, disease or physical disability. Partners with, patients their families and/or caregivers to reach their maximum performance and level of functioning, while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
REQUIREMENTS:
Current Washington State license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
AND
A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized school of physical therapy or completion of a Physical Therapy program AND at least two years of relevant experience as a Physical Therapist.
OR
Equivalent education/experience.
